My first introduction into a world beyond ours was through an out-of-the-body (OBE) experience when I nearly drowned at the age of seven. The years that followed were filled with nightly astral travel, the perception of the golden glow surrounding everyone’s body and knowing things before they happened.

Of course, I didn’t realize that not everyone had the same experiences. I can remember sitting in a classroom that had huge windows along one wall, and being bored with the subject being taught (likely math), I decided to float out the window. It was a sunny but cool Fall day and the leaves of the poplar trees in the schoolyard were showing off their silvery colour.

Busy life as a teenager, entering the work force, eventual marriage and having children, pushed aside most of the experiences, but not the memories. A local college offered a course in Psychic Phenomena, and I was signed up immediately. What a surprise to learn I was a psychic. A bigger surprise was to realize that we all are. The only difference between being a psychic or not, is in the exploration of possible skills and learning how to recognize and develop them.

A snake in your dream means that something as terrible is going to happen, similar to what happened with the disobedient sinners who dared to try and become as wise as their God by eating the fruit with the prohibited knowledge. Beating Depression and Craziness

The Randy Jackson’s America’s Best Dance Crew, the hottest dancing competition in US, has declared its winner. Among the 12 competing crews, the JabbaWockeez crew emerged as the victorious group as they crushed Status Quo with their remarkable performance on the finale. The JabbaWockeeZ’s members were Jeff Nguyen aka “Phi”, 26, from Phoenix AZ; Ryan Shawn Paguio, 26, from San Diego, CA; Ben Chung aka B-Tek, 26, from Mission Hills, CA; Kevin Brewer, 31, from Sacrament, CA; Phil Tayag, 23, also from Sacramento, CA; and Chris Gatdula, 26, from Las Vegas, NV.

The two groups fought their last battle onstage, but still, the JabbaWockeeZ seemed to steal the heart of Americans when millions of their votes declared the group as the ultimate champion. Status Quo’s members who are Joshua Green, 20; Ernest Phillips, 21, Jayjion Greer aka “Jin Lao”, 18; Jamal Weaver, 20; and Dwayne Hines, 18 (all from Boston, MA) did not lose in vain. They had served one of the best performances in the history of dance competitions in the US.

During episode 7, the three remaining crews which are the JabbaWockeez, Status Quo, and the Kaba Modern had competed and gave their best moves. Status Quo performed the first act. The judges were impressed by the group’s amazing stunts, but failed to make an impression with their lackluster choreography.

Episode 6 showed one of the most exhilarating performances on the show. The four remaining crews fought their way up from the dance floor and were required to perform hip hop dances with a mixture of Traditional Broadway acts. The most remarkable performance was done by Status Quo as they showed off their own version of “Hairspray.”

The competing crews performed Michael Jackson’s “Thriller” in Episode 5. This was done in honor of the artist that has become legendary with his dancing prowess and also to celebrate his album’s twenty-fifth anniversary. “Thriller” sold over 45 million worldwide, and it is considered as one of the biggest selling albums of all time.

During Episode 4, the crews were made to dance while portraying their own characters based on movies. The audience and the judges were awed by the amazing performances they had witnessed.

During Episode 3, the crews were made to perform popular dances that possessed remarkable stunts.

The eight remaining crews, during Episode 2, were made to perform an act that is based on popular music video. They must have a unique interpretation that still jives with the video. The competition started with 12 groups (consisting of six members) showing off their hottest moves, they were: Full Out, The Movements, Automatic Response, Enigma Dance Crew, Femme 5, Iconic, Live in Color, Fysh n Chicks, BreakSk8, Kaba Modern, Status Quo, and the JabbaWockeeZ.

The show creator, Randy Jackson, has been in the music industry for more than twenty years. This music veteran and Grammy Award winning producer has started his career as a bass guitar player when he was just 13 years old. He got his big break when he joined the famous band Journey.

The first judge was JC Chavez who started his career as a member of a Mickey Mouse Club. He is also a former of a now disbanded NSync. Shayne Sparks, who is also a judge, is a professional dancer who was known for his jaw-dropping performance every time he was onstage. Lil’ Mama, another judge of this popular dance competition show, is an hip hop artist who got her big break when her Lip Gloss hit the radio waves in 2007.

The Universe cannot be forced to reveal its secrets. You cannot force your way into Enlightenment. It is only by making sure that everything is in the right place that you can coax the right circumstances for the box to open.

Your awakening as a spiritual being is no different. If you try to force it, you will experience much frustration and dead ends. You must learn to let the Universe unfold to you when it is ready to. Patience is a must.

This is where self work comes in. Being able to allow things to ‘be as they are’ without “wrestling the bull by the horns”. If you are impatient, full of pettiness or negativity, the conditions are not going to be right for the flower to begin to open. The flower does not open in the dead of Winter. It does not open when a tornado is blowing through. It pics the right day, when everything is just right. But in order to reach this right day, you must do the necessary steps in advance. You must have planted good soil, given adequate sunshine, given enough water, made sure animals didn’t eat it and so on. It also means you cannot go out and dig your flower up each day, wondering if its growing yet. You must trust the process. You must be patient. If you do the process, there must be a specific outcome. It is the law of cause and effect, of action and reaction.

The reason most people do not awaken is not because they don’t have enough information per se, its because they don’t do the right self work with the information they have. People think that enlightenment is just something that hits you without cause or because you meditate long enough. In truth, meditation is only a tool to help you with your self work. Nothing but ‘will and effort’ can move your tonal into the correct place where the Universe will respond to you. Always remember that.

You don’t “know” you are psychic - you feel it. For instance, you won’t know someone else’s thoughts, you will feel them. That’s why it is so hard to test psychic ability. It’s not something that you can “grade.”

If you do have feelings, in order to properly share them, you must be able to translate them into words. Some psychics are better at this than others.

First, we need to look at the different types of ways the feelings come to us. Empathy, for instance, is the ability to feel other people’s emotions. Can you test this psychic ability? Not easily. But if you can tune in on what other people are feeling, you probably are empathic.

Telepathy is the ability to read other people’s thoughts. This provides for an easier test of psychic ability. But, again, turning thoughts into words takes psychic skill.

Clairaudience is the ability to hear the thoughts of others, both live people and spirits. Clairvoyance is the ability to see things that aren’t perceptual with the ordinary five senses.

Precognition is the ability to see events in the future. The ability to test this psychic ability only comes with the passage of time.

If you believe you have some level of innate psychic ability, you should practice meditation to develop it. Meditation is a wonderful way to relax. You’ll become less anxious.

While there are many different ways to relax, the most common is to sit still in a quiet setting. Many people prefer to close their eyes when meditating. Quieting your mind for a few minutes every day will allow you to develop your psychic skills.

You will want to focus on your breathing. Whenever your mind begins to wander, bring your thoughts back to your breathing. Try breathing in for four counts, holding your breath for four counts, and breathing out for four counts.

As you practice meditation, you will begin to notice a vibration. This experience is a quickening of your psychic skills.

Many people choose to keep a meditation diary. Writing down your meditative experiences helps you develop your psychic skills.

Another thing to consider is keeping a notebook by your bed and writing down everything you can remember about your dreams as soon as you wake up. This will encourage lucid dreaming which is another avenue into the psychic.

While researchers at universities such as Stanford and Duke have tried for decades to create a test of psychic abilities, they have not been successful. Instead, you must develop the experiences so that you will “feel” yourself psychic.

As I said at the beginning of the article, you don’t know you are psychic, you feel it. That’s why there is no test of psychic abilities.

Some scammers prey on people when they are at their lowest and most desperate. These scum bags will approach people who are vulnerable, grieving, ill or alone and offer their “psychic” services. They may pretend to be able to contact the person’s deceased family member, or offer hope to someone who is truly desperate. These people will charge a fee, which is often rather high and use key phrases to con the victim into believing in them.

There have been some high profile cases of scammers like these, being exposed, such as on Dr Phil, when a psychic scam was busted wide open on TV. However, many more scammers get away with their crimes and the victims may be left traumatized for some time after, when they finally realise they have been scammed.

Now, I consider myself to be open minded when it comes to spiritual matters and I do not discount the idea that some people who claim to be psychic are truly gifted. But how do you find them? I think the only way to find an honest psychic is by word of mouth. Unless you have been personally recommended by a reliable friend, it is best not to risk it.

I think that one sign that someone is out to help is that they will not charge you, or the fee will be very minimal. In one of my previous jobs as a receptionist in a job network, a lady came in and filled out her induction forms. We had a chat whilst she did this. She looked as normal as anyone else and was certainly not the “airy fairy” type you may imagine to be psychic. She worked in a supermarket and had a loving family. She confided in me that she would often get psychic messages for people she saw and that she was getting very strong messages from my grandmother, who had passed away a few months earlier. She began to say names that were in my immediate family and talked of me wanting to start an animal sanctuary. I don’t know for sure that she was an honest lady, but she had nothing to gain from conning me, as there was no money involved. When she left I felt rather strange, like I had to reevaluate things.I also felt like I was being watched, but in a comforting way.

Whenever I saw this lady in the supermarket she would tell me she had messages for me. I always got a buzz from it, even though I held a healthy skepticism.

Personally I do believe in more than we can explain. However, I am very aware that we have to be careful of all the scammers out there and if you know someone who has been through a traumatic experience, keep an eye out for them, as they are the most susceptible to being conned. Do your research and ask around for honest and trustworthy people and if you end up in the horrible position of being scammed report the matter to the police and inform others of your experience.

An example of this can be illustrated by using my date of birth which is March 28, 1978. I will add 3 (March is the third month in the calendar year) + 2 + 8 + 1 + 9 + 7 + 8. The result is 38. 3+8 - 11. 11 is an exception to the rule of needing to utilize single digits for numerology.

The numbers 11 and 22 both have their own special meanings. The positive traits associated with the number 11 imply mysticism and direction. A negative trait associated with number 11 would be conceit.

One other important revelation from numerology can be derived from a person’s name. Each letter from a person’s name is associated with a number. Each of the 26 letters of our alphabet is associated with a number between 1 through 9. Once the letter 9 has been reached the numbers are repeated in order again until we reach the letter z.

For example, with the name Mark, the letter m is associated with the number 4. The letters a, r, and k are associated with the numbers 1, 9, and 2, respectively. Adding these numbers together we find a resulting number of 16. Add 1 to 6 the result is 7. The name Mark would implies that he is attentive, but also that he may be incompetent.

In this time of changing energies and massive upheavals,
there are many souls who want to be on the earth to experience this exciting
time in history. There are also many souls who wish to leave, who are tired of
all the changes and trauma. Rather than choosing to be born as a baby, then

My first experience with a walk-in was about 9 years ago. My daughter, Samantha,
is profoundly retarded and has been very seriously ill for at least 11 years.
When she was 7, she began to have pneumonia at least once a month. I was told

filled with fluid and she was again not expected to survive.

 

Samantha ’spoke’ to me and told me that she had left her body, but that her body
was going to continue to live. She said she would feel no more pain. I was not
sure what she meant by this, and expected her not to live through the night. The
next morning, Samantha woke up laughing, and it was the last time she was that
seriously ill.

 

Samantha was my ‘twin soul’. We knew every thought the other had, every
sensation the other felt. We had a total connection. Suddenly, that connection
was gone. She no longer wanted me around her. She would not communicate with me
psychically. This was very distressful for me. I had no idea why she had changed
so drastically. I suspected that it was a ’soul change’ but had no way to be

I was very angry about this. I could not understand why this had to happen this

soul would want a body which is that sick and immobile. I am told that it is

I asked why her body has a ‘revolving door’ on it for souls to come and go. I
was told that the body’s reason for being here is not finished, but that the

continue to live with until the body has no more reason to stay on earth.

different. They may decide to totally change everything in their life- way of

How do you pick one? No one likes to get scammed. You are paying your hard earned money to get some insights, you don’t need someone to tell you that your stars are not aligned, or that you are looking for something or trying to figure out your life. Aren’t we all?

When looking for a psychic, be realistic, there are scam artists out there too (just as there are bad contractors, lawyers, mechanics and accountants, there are bad psychics). If, on your quest to find a good psychic, you come across any of the following, please move on and find someone else to be your guide.

Anyone that tells you that they can solve all your problems is flat out lying. They are praying on people who are desperate and have a problem (or problems) that feel too overwhelming to deal with on their own. No one can solve all your problems for you.

Anyone who adds charges over and above what you have agreed in advance to pay. I am not talking here about someone who has told you ahead of time that there is a charge to have a CD mailed to you, nor am I talking about someone who says there will be an additional charge for additional time or services. I am referring to a so called “psychic” who says “I just prayed for you, you owe me money”.

Anyone who mentions curses, or anything else out of your control. There are no such thing as
curses. There are people out there who would like you to believe there are curses that can be
removed for huge amounts of money, but it is just the money that they will be focusing on — how
they can get it from you. Once they get some out of you, they feel they have you hooked and they
will continue to tell you you are cursed and they will continue to take your money as long as you give it.

Ditto with lighting candles or praying for you. Its fine if a psychic says they are willing to do this for you — so long as they do not charge you for it.

If they tell you that you need readings on a regular basis in order to achieve your goals. Now,
if you make the decision that you need more guidance that is fine. But a psychic should not tell you
that you must ask them before you make your own decisions. You need to live your own life. Asking for help is okay, but a good psychic does not want their clients to become dependent on them for every decision that comes along.

Watch out for psychics who tell you that they “know”, beyond all doubt, what your future holds. You do have some control over your own future. Our futures are based on our actions. If a psychic sees something in your future, positive or negative, you have control over whether or not you allow it
to happen.

The biggest thing to keep in mind when looking for and then consulting a psychic is that you still need to live your own life and make your own decisions. Psychics are “guides”, they are not your decision makers.

If you have a decision to make, yes, a psychic can tell you what the possible outcome of the decision
may be. They cannot tell you what decision you will make — that’s up to you.

True psychics want to help you on your path, want to make your life easier, give you some insights,
help you feel better about whatever it is you are going through. Sometimes to give a bit more meaning

I feel at some time, in each of our lives, things happen to us which cannot be explained. We feel a hidden power was at work.

I think the first experience I can remember was as I was working for the TM movement out in Switzerland and had just been cleaning a corridor outside the Maharishi bedroom. As I was passing the door a pundit came out who wanted to use the vacuum cleaner to clean the room.

I gave him the machine and I waited out side, after a few minutes I noticed that he had finished using the machine and it was just inside the door. Not thinking, I stepped forward to remove the vacuum cleaner. As I stepped through the door an unseen energy field zapped me, like static electricity, which seem to short-circuit all my nervous system.

For the next twenty minutes or so, I had to sit on a chair in the corridor to re-centre my energies. For the next few hours afterwards, I kept having dizzy spells. To this day, I am not quite sure what zapped me but I know that something unexplained had happened to me.

A few weeks later I heard of the practice of building a “protective kavach or shield” to protect your property; I am not sure if it was one of these, I short-circuited or just a very strong presence from a highly developed being.

Another experience that I noticed, was that streetlights would often go out as I was walking past them. This had been happening for a few months and I had been mentioning it to some of my friends.

On this particular day I went to church in a car with two of my friends. On the way back we just came over a flyover and the driver said did you see that. So I asked him what? He said the streetlight just went off. I told him not to worry as this happens all the time to me. Anyway the next minute the driver stops the car. I asked why he is stopping and he said another one has just gone off. By this time he was sounding a bit anxious. As he starts off a third streetlight goes out as he drove under it. I must admit this was the first time I got three in a row.

About six months later I was visiting my family who live in Tenerife and had just told the story to a couple of people in the room. One of the girls said well make that streetlight go out over there, pointing. I told her it does not work like that; anyway a few minutes later I noticed it was getting dark in the room and walked over to tern the light on in the room.

The next minute there was a big flash and a bang and the lights fused. For months latter we could not get that light to work again!

Religious Apparitions have occurred throughout history. Two very good examples or Religious Apparitions that were world-changing were the appearance of Jesus Christ to the Christian-persecuting, Saul of Tarsus, who later began known as the Apostle Paul and the appearance of the Angel Gabriel to Mohammed, who dictated the Koran forming the basis for the Islamic world as we know it today.

In the 19th century, Joseph Smith experienced the Religious Apparitions of the Father and the Son, various holy apostles and an Angel named Moroni, who gave him allegedly the location of golden plates. These alleged Religious Apparitions formed the basis of a Church which claims to be the resurrection of the one and only true Church of Jesus Christ.

Religious Apparitions continue to occur in the modern world, particularly in a replica or image of a crying or weeping Madonna statue or painting, but sometimes they occur in what appears to be the very person of the Religious Apparitions themselves. Marian appearances of this nature are particularly powerful and publicly known with such situations as in Fatima and with the appearance of the Virgin at Medjugorje or the famous appearance by the Virgin at Guadalupe in the 19th Century in Mexico. To show the power and specificity of such Religious Apparitions, we shall examine two of the more modern Marian Religious Apparitions.

Certainly, one of the more staggering Religious Apparitions in the Catholic religion was the appearance of the Virgin Mary to three children in Fatima, Portugal in 1917. According to one of the children, Lucia, Mary, who began to regularly appear to the children on the same hour on the 13th of each month, was “more brilliant than the sun.” The children were enjoined to do penance, tying cords around their waists and refraining from drinking water at time, in addition to doing a daily Rosary.

On October 13th, 1917, an event occurred that was witness by thousands of people and remains inexplicable to this day. After a violent rain storm, the clouds parted, revealing the sun as a disk, spinning in the sky and radiating a rainbow of colors, then falling to the earth in an irregular way. The sun never reached the Earth but returned to its trajectory. People in the crowds now noticed their clothing, drenched from the rainstorm, had suddenly become quite dry. The meaning of this event in light of the Religious Apparitions of Mary have been interpreted variously by orthodox Catholics, psychic and UFO commentators.
On June 24th, 1981, six children claimed to have seen the first of many Religious Apparitions of the Blessed Mother, carrying the Infant Jesus, in Medjugorje, Bosnia-Hercegovina. This was the beginning of a series of Religious Apparitions and Divine Messages, calling the world to repentance. The next day, she appeared as a Religious Apparition after a flash of light, this time without the Baby Jesus. Numerous additional Religious Apparitions of Mary appeared to the children. Eventually, they attracted large crowds during these Religious Apparitions, eager to see the Marian Religious Apparitions, which continued for over twenty years.

So Religious Apparitions, whether ancient or modern, whether real, fraudulent or illusionary, can have huge social consequences, forming the basis of new civilizations and cementing the foundations all-encompassing institutions like the Catholic Church, as illustrated by these Marian Religious Apparitions.

Certainly at that time the cards were handmade and illustrated by artists, and each set would vary with the individual artist’s representation of the card’s images. Especially from the 15th to the 18th centuries in Europe, variations of Tarot games were wildly popular, enjoyed by people of some wealth and intellect, very much like chess or bridge. Through the 1700’s Tarot was an absolute craze across the entire continent.

There are several Tarot decks that have come to represent a familiar iconography, each with their own history, interpretation and devotees. The 15th Century Italian Visconti-Sforza deck is probably the earliest surviving deck of this era, with original cards in the collections of several museums around the world. These beautiful, artistic images are reproduced frequently.

A 19th century version from the south of France, known as the Tarot de Marseille, is a very popular deck in Europe.

In the United States, the Rider-Waite-Smith Tarot deck is the most commonly used today. It was conceived by the well-known Tarot authority A. E. Waite, and published in 1902 by the Ryder Co. The simplified graphic style of this deck retains the historic symbolism of earlier decks, but seems fresh and accessible to modern sensibilities.

Other Tarot scholars are convinced that Tarot has its roots in an even earlier time. They see relationships to the Kabbalah, or to Ancient Egyptian hieroglyphs. Cards, for games or prophesy, were used in China centuries before they found their way to Europe in the 14th Century, and may have been the original incarnation of the Tarot.

It may be more likely that the Tarot was brought to Europe through card games that were popular in the old world Arabia. In 18th Century France, Antoine Court de Gebelin, promoted the concept that the Tarot was derived from mystic practices in Ancient Egypt, which he described in his multi-volumed work, Le Monde Primitif. Another Frenchman, Etteillla, is considered to be the first to recreate the Tarot as a “fortune-telling” device. He is essentially the first Tarot reader. Reproductions of his Book of Thoth Tarot and other publications by Etteilla are still available today.

Tarot reading emerged as a new construct during the Victorian Age’s embrace of spiritualism and the occult, setting the foundation for what would become the New Age school of thought on Tarot that we know today.

There is extensive scholarship and research available on the history of the Tarot, whether from on-line sources or in libraries, for anyone who is interested in exploring the subject. For most of us, though, the history is not as compelling as the question of how the Tarot is meaningful in our lives now.

This week my cards have been accused of being a self-serving tool. I was taken aback when someone threw that remark right into my face. A flurry of phone calls and e-mails followed, of course, and now here is my last thought on this subject which I have decided top make public.

How is asking the cards for an answer different from asking advice from a friend? We ask our friends for advice in hope that their answer will serve our best interest. Similarly, people ask the cards for answers when they are confused and distressed, or when they no longer feel that their friends’ advice is enough.

The cards, through their symbolic meanings, describe our situation, as a third party observer would. They only describe what IS, and based on what IS, they encourage us to choose the course of action that we feel is the best for our internal peace. They never tell anyone what to do. Card readings are like an honest discussion with a third party observer. The readings can be a tough journey because they force us to see our situation for what it really is and that brings our true feelings to the surface. The answer to our problems lies in knowing what our true feelings are.

The person this public letter has been written to had boyfriend problems in the past. Despite what others around her told her, she looked inside herself and did exactly what she thought was the best for her happiness. I congratulate that, because in the end, her internal strength and loyalty to what she felt was right for her brought her the happiness she desired. She achieved happiness on her terms by listening to her own internal voice as opposed to the advice of others. She said my cards were self-serving because she noticed from my blogs that at times the answer that emerges through the cards is to leave a relationship instead of staying and working things out.

At the same time however, it is important to realize that while staying in the relationship was the right choice for her, leaving a relationship would have been an equally valid choice for someone else, who, by leaving would have obtained their level of happiness. Because both choices lead to self-fulfillment, they both could be viewed self-serving. Staying can be just as self-serving as leaving, because right from the outset they both are aimed at arriving to an individual form of happiness, although through different routes.

Therefore, the concept of self-serving can come in many shapes and forms. Essentially then, when we do something good for our well-being, our intention could be called self-serving.
Approaching a friend for advice, then, is no less self-serving than going for a card reading.
The cards are like a third-party friend to help us see what IS and guide us to discover a solution in ourselves that is the most compatible with who we are. And that compatibility between us and our surroundings is key to our happiness.

My final point is: some people ask their friends, their priests, their rabbi, their counselors, their therapists, and some ask the cards when they cannot make sense of the world around them. We do not have to complicate this process and attribute great philosophical importance to it. All these intentions are aimed at getting answers that will help us proceed with out lives. The cards are only one avenue of the many when we crave clarity. If the shoe does not fit, don’t wear it.

If it fits, enjoy it as it is always constructive to see our situation from different angles.

Have you ever wondered what meanings may lurk beneath a number, perhaps one that keeps reappearing in your life? Since time immemorial humankind has wondered about the nature of number and how it relates to life. Numerologists believe that there are nine unique archetypes corresponding to nine cycles of development – the numbers 1 through 9. These numbers are also called Core Numbers or, Digital Root Numbers. Since Compound Numbers are merely combinations of these 9 Core Numbers, understanding the meaning of a number is predicated upon a thorough examination of these Roots. We shall now examine the evolution of these Root Numbers.

We begin with the Zero. This is the un-manifest where everything exists in potential. The Zero neither contains nor is contained by any number. It exists outside of any cycle. When the Zero is added to any number it symbolizes a perfection of that number’s meaning. Although 1 is the root of 10, 10 is not strictly synounymous with 1. This is because the addition of the Zero signifies a perfecting of the 1 influence, in effect moving out of the cycle of 1 through 9 and into a higher order - 10 through 19. When Zero is added to a number it tends to bring a universal responsibility to its root number. It is out of this formless perfection that some-thing appears.

Moving out of the formless realm of the Zero is some One thing which is whole, unified, and independent of the Zero. Our symbol for The Number One, 1, is a pillar. A phallic shape. The one is a masculine energy that strikes out on its own and pioneers what is new, original, and seething with energy. This One is the irreducible fact of consciousness, the eternal I AM.

Between the Zero and the One all other numbers have their being. As soon as the One appears it is placed in relation to the un-manifest Zero. For the One to be One at all it must be independent of something hence, the arising of The Number Two. The Two brings about a relationship, it holds within it the strength of the One but with a humbleness reflected in its character. The symbol itself, 2, reveals a man at prayer bowing to some greater power (1).

Once we recognize the arising of self and our relationship to something ‘higher’ (be it g-d, nature, principle or idea) we feel the need to express this understanding. The Number Three brings us into the social sphere. Out of the un-manifest Zero, 0, an independent form arises, 1, which brings us into an essential relation, 2, which we need to in some way express, 3. The character of the Three, 3, reflects this openness in its form. It is open at its top, receiving the higher influences, and open at its bottom, expressing those influences to others.

If what we express is to be of lasting value we must work to create a solid foundation - the Four. Many projects falter before reaching this point, making it to Three but never bridging the gap between expressing a higher ideal, 3, and embodying a higher ideal, 4. In order to maintain its balance the 4 must close off or limit the influence it is working with. The Number Four takes the ideas expressed by the Three and adds a self-imposed limitation, creating a stabile and enduring foundation.

After the discipline of the Four we encounter the change and activity of The Number Five, in effect testing the solidity of our foundation. The Five, 5, turns itself around and introduces freedom and adventure. It is open in both the front and the back. It is a point where decisions must be made, and true to its form, those decisions could radically alter the outcome.

The freedom introduced to the Four through the Five brings about a new balance symbolized in The Number Six. It simultaneously broadens the limits of the Four and places the necessary responsibility upon the five. The Six, 6, is pregnant with love. It is the number of family and social responsibility. The social responsibilities of the Six create a need to understand and gain insight, a need to find some way of placing experiences into a meaningful whole.

The Number Seven questions and seeks answers to the grand riddle of life. It is a number of magical, mystical maturity. Its character, 7, may be likened to an old man bent over with age or perhaps, carrying a staff or lantern that casts its light into the darkness surrounding it. It is the number of introspection, planning, and inner searching. Through the control, insight and planning that emerges with the Seven we realize that we reap what we sow.

The Number Eight becomes a carrier of dynamic power and the success of the seeds planted all the way back with the One. Its character, 8, reveals a perfect balance between the world of ideas and the world of action. It is closed off indicating the power that will bring ideas into fruition.

After the rewards bestowed by the Eight we realize we are reaching the end, The Number Nine. As we confront this ending the focus shifts from the material to the spiritual. Selfless service and universal ideas become paramount. The character of the Nine, 9, is very much like the Six, 6. Whereas the Six sends its love to the material world of family and friends, the Nine closes the cycle by returning its love and compassion to higher ideals.

And again we are faced with the Zero. We may start a new cycle, beginning once again with One. It is possible we may continue our endeavor and raise the One to the relative perfection of the Ten, learning lessons of a higher order. In either case, we find everything between nothing (0) and something (1).

In this article I’d like to take a quick look at some of the myth and misinformation that exists about astral travel problems and the potential danger in the practice. Now, first let me say that I’m a firm believer in taking good care of your psychic self, and do believe that you can open yourself up to a figurative (and literal) can of worms if you don’t practice SOME form of precautionary practice when surfing the supernatural realms. With that said, there is absolutely NO proof that there is ANY danger in the astral body, or at least none that you are going to experience during projection practice.

Here’s the basic steps on how to draw Naruto:

1. First start by drawing a basic, round face. As with any cartoon, anime drawing, you want to use big circles to add the eyes, cheeks and chin.
2. The next step is to start doodling what will be the eyes. These should also be pretty big, as manga drawings tend to have big eyes and pupils.
3. Now add the ears on both sides of the face, and a small nose right in the center.
4. Add some ****** features, such as lips and eyebrows, and you have a basic Naruto skeleton.

You might want to add some shading and shadows to include more detail and add some expression to his face by making some eyebrows and dimples. Once you have the basic frame for Naruto outlined, you can start filling in the details to make it actually look like the cartoon character.

In a tarot reading, a Significator is a card chosen or drawn to represent the subject of the reading, or the main issue confronting the subject. It is used to enable the reader to focus on the person or the issue. It is not always used by a tarot reader.

Some Tarot spreads have a designated position for the Significator, and some do not. Those tarot readers who choose not to use a Significator simply ignore that position when it is built into a spread. There are no set rules in this, and you should choose yourself which method you prefer.

If a tarot reader chooses to use a Significator in their reading, then how is chosen?

There are 3 main traditional ways to choose a Significator:

Regarding Physical Appearance

Each suit of the tarot has associated with it certain physical characteristics, and a reader would match the appearance and age of the subject to those characteristics. For example, a person who most closely resembles a person with light to medium skin, brown hair, and blue or hazel eyes, would be most associated with Cups. An older woman would be the Queen.

Similarly, a subject with dark skin, dark hair, and dark eyes, would be represented by a Pentacle court card.

Astrology

Another way to determine the card to use is by reference to the astrological sign of the subject.

Each astrological sign is linked to an element: Water, Air, Fire and Earth. Similarly, each of the suits of the tarot (Wands, Swords, Pentacles and Cups) are linked to the Elements.

For example, Fire signs are Aries, Sagittarius, and Leo. Wands are the suit associated with Fire. A person who was born under the Fire sign of Leo, and was a young man, would be best represented by the Knight of Wands. Pages are most often seen as children of either sex, Knights as young adults of either sex; Queens as adult females and Kings as adult males.

Personality

You can choose the Significator on personality, although this requires that you know the subject well. This can be based on how the subject normally sees themselves or how they feel about the important issue at hand. The suit of Cups (Water) is associated with someone who is emotional and creative. The suit of Wands (Fire) is more associated with passionate and energetic personalities.

All these methods involve using a major arcana card which means that it is excluded from the deck for the reading, which can be problematic. Other readers like to designate a card as the Significator but leave it in the deck, and then apply special significance to it if it shows up in the reading.

Another way around this problem is to allow the deck itself to choose the Significator card. To do this, shuffle the deck and draw the top card. The card drawn can show how the subject feels about the role he or she plays in the situation.

Another way is to allow the subject to choose their own Significator. Allow the subject to go through the deck and choose a card. This method provides insight in how the subject sees themselves.

Whichever method you choose (if any) remember that there are no hard and fast rules and you should choose the way you feel is best for you.

On June 18, 1925, a Czechoslovakian psychic named Brêtislav Kafka asked a group of people whom he had trained to be clairvoyant to ’see’ what was happening to an expedition on its way to the North Pole (1). Explorer Roald Amundsen was attempting to fly over the pole, a feat which had not yet been realized.

Safely in the town of Krásno and Becva in Czechoslovakia, the group applied an ability now known as remote viewing to determine the status of Amundsen’s efforts. “There is a terrible fog and a strong wind at the Pole,” they said. “No one from the expedition has gotten here yet. The storm is too severe to reach the Pole by air.”

Two days later, they heard that Amundsen had not been successful as they had determined. Later, Amundsen did manage to fly over the North Pole with a total of six crew members packed into one plane. A second plane had been damaged and was not part of the triumphant feat.

During World War II, Kafka and his trained band of psychics kept apprised of the war’s progress by remote viewing. Kafka would command a psychic to tell what he ’saw’ happening at the front, while another member of his team would have the same order. The clairvoyants were unaware of what their teammates had reported. According to Ostrander and Schroeder (1), the reports usually agreed and Kafka had a “good indication” of what was happening hundreds of miles away. It is interesting to me that the authors do not discuss what Kafka’s role was, if any, in WWII, and what uses the information gleaned from his psychics were put.

Somewhat later, in the 1970’s, the CIA became interested in remote viewing and initiated a program at the Stanford Research Institute (SRI) founded by Harold E. Puthoff. In an excellent article published in 1976, Puthoff and Targ (2) reported a multitude of startling results. The data accumulated from over 50 experiments concluded that remote viewing, the ability to view “by means of innate mental processes remote geographical or technical targets” was not dependent or affected by distance and that the information reported by the subjects were non-analytic in nature such as shape, form, color and material as opposed to the analytical aspects like function, names or numbers.

Interestingly enough, the purpose of the research was not to confirm or dispute the phenomenon of remote viewing, but to study it and its possible application for reconnaissance.

The term ‘remote viewing’ was coined by Ingo Swann (3), who has long been considered the ‘Father of Remote Viewing’. Swann was an important aspect of Puthoff’s work and trained people who were as “psychic as rocks” to undergo training to develop remote viewing techniques. Of all the articles on paranormal abilities that I have researched, this is the first to state that the power can be learned. There are even several articles available on EzineArticles.com that discuss training and being trained as a remote viewer (4-6). Paul Smith on the International Remote Viewing Association’s web-site states that remote viewing is not as much as “psychic phenomenon” but an “imposed discipline or skill that helps the viewer to facilitate or ‘harness’ his or her own innate, underlying psi abilities” (7).

Puthoff and Targ concluded that the difference between the experienced and inexperienced ‘percipients’ as the remote viewers were designated was the reliability of the results rather than the exhibition of the ability (2). A natural propensity toward the psychic phenomenon seems to be required to enhance reliability of one’s ability.

Robert Jahn, who would soon become involved in the Princeton Engineering Anomalies Research (PEAR) program, documented extensive replications of the Puthoff work in the Chicago area by Dunne and Bisaha from 1976-1979 (8). Several of the earlier aspects of Puthoff’s research were confirmed, such as distance between subject and percipient not a factor and the more aesthetic aspects are more accurately perceived as opposed to the analytical details.

One more interesting characteristic was the time that the percipient viewed the remote location did not have to coincide with the time the subject was actually at the locale. Perceptions of the target site were obtained hours or even days before the subject visited the site or even before the selection of the target. The yield was at least as successful as those tests conducted in real time.

In a later article, Jahn with Dunne expands that aspect to include retrocognition (the ability to see past events) as well as precognition, still independent of the time interval. This was discussed as part of the PEAR program’s report in the Journal of Scientific Exploration (9).

However, in their pursuit to develop criteria to define and even quantify data received from remote viewing, the ability appeared to diminish. As part of the previous experiments at SRI, a similar response was also noted (2). Since paranormal perception is a natural ability, the percipients and the researchers would prefer to see the power improve rather than decrease. This ‘decline effect’ has been studied extensively by Dr. Charles Tart at the University of California. He considered repetitious tasks such as guessing cards as a “classic technique for deconditioning any response”, a “technique for extinguishing psychic functioning in the laboratory.

Another notable observation from the SRI experiment was that motion was rarely detected even if the agents were standing next to the moving objects, such as a train crossing a railroad trestle target, although static objects were correctly identified (2).

At the time of the seventies’ experiments, SRI obviously could not disclose the involvement of the CIA. Throughout Puthoff’s paper, there are references to “government visitors”. However in 1995, the CIA declassified and approved documents for release, revealing their sponsorship of the remote viewing research. On the website remoteviewing.com, Puthoff expands on the scope of the experiments that included remote viewing of site in the Soviet Union (10). A percipient was given map coordinates complete with degrees, minutes, and seconds, but was told only that the target was a research and development facility. The percipient produced drawings of a building layout and a “multistory gantry crane” at the site. The results were sufficiently promising enough for the CIA to continue experimentation.

Despite the fact that the remote viewing experiments showed “statistically significant results”, its use in “intelligence gathering was not warranted” (10). The CIA’s ‘laissez faire’ stance has not deterred researchers from continuing to examine the phenomenon. Moddell at the University of Colorado has shown that remote viewing and other paranormal abilities obey the second law of thermodynamics: The entropy of a closed system cannot decrease as time progresses (11). However, his research and a follow-up paper on causation and retrocausation (12) are beyond the scope of this article.

In conclusion, remote viewing or remote perception is still a subject of intense research and study. Unlike other psi phenomenon such as telepathy and telekinesis, a person can be trained to be a percipient and learn the techniques of remote viewing. Martha C. Lawrence broached the subject in “Ashes of Aries” (13) when her sleuth Elizabeth Chase, who had been trained in remote viewing techniques, mentions rather coldly that a friend of hers was involved in the SRI project and used for the government’s “dubious ends”. Although a work of fiction, Lawrence’s remarks are truthful, since the plethora of information available thanks to the Internet reveals that even the CIA saw the advantages of remote viewing. Perhaps with the end of the Cold War and the continued scoffing of psi research by the scientific community has caused the CIA to distance itself from the program. Whatever the reason, remote viewing is seen by many as a very real scientific fact with very real applications.

You can control your behaviour only when you are not in an inferior position.

Now, you may ask me how you can be prepared to face despair without losing control, but my answer is not going to be what you may imagine.

I’m not going to tell you how to face despair without becoming crazy, but teach you how you can avoid despair, avoid misfortune, avoid being betrayed and avoid being a victim.

Yes, you will learn how to really control your behaviour more than what is humanely possible, but the solution I will give you is not only combined with conformism, like the solutions that all psychiatrists give you when you become crazy. As a matter of fact, psychiatrists don’t prevent craziness, but only a supposed psychotherapy based on medicine when you are already crazy.

Dream interpretation will save you from craziness before you reach a dangerous stage and will protect you from misfortune and despair. You will be protected from accidents and diseases too. You will learn not only how to develop your psychic sphere and get rid of the inherent craziness in us, but you will also learn how to prevent diseases, bad events and accidents.

Beating Depression and Craziness

We all know the five senses; smell, touch, hearing, vision and tasting. However, our sixth sense or the sense of intuition is perhaps more important and crucial than all of these put together. Our sixth sense not only protects us at times but also helps us to distinguish between the right and the wrong.

Everyone today is talking about the movie ‘The Secret’. If you are one of the
few who has not heard about this movie, it teaches that we create our reality
with our words, thoughts and emotions.

There is a lot of criticism about the movie. Some people are horrified that
anyone would suggest that someone who has been murdered, raped, died of
starvation, etc. chose that experience. But, the truth is that we have chosen

My daughter, Samantha, was critically ill most of her 22 years. She would not have
consciously chosen to have that experience. She would not have consciously
chosen to be unable to breathe, to experience excruciating gallbladder pain or
to die at such a young age.

I would not have consciously chosen to have a disabled, critically ill child; an
unhappy marriage and chronic pain. But, I have no doubt that I did chose to have
all of these experiences.

Our time on this Earth is only a tiny portion of who we truly are and what our
Soul has experienced. We have each lived many lifetimes. I personally have
memories of thousands of lifetimes on the Earth, and countless lifetimes in
other realities, other planets, other dimensions.

Particles of Spirit (God, Creator, etc.) chose to separate from the Source and
experience all that it could. These particles of Spirit are our Souls. As we
have experiences, we progress, or ascend. The thought is that we will eventually
experience enough to be able to return to join Source, taking all these
experiences back with us.

When I do Past Life Readings for clients, they are usually appalled to learn that
they have experienced lifetimes as a prostitute, murderer, etc. They cannot
believe that they would choose to have an experience such as that.

But, the truth is, our Soul chooses to have those experiences. Our Soul chooses
lessons for us to learn in each lifetime. Living is all about learning lessons.
If we are not learning something, we will cease to exist.

We cannot have compassion for someone with chronic pain if at some time we have
not experienced chronic pain ourselves. We cannot have compassion for a murderer
unless at some point we have had that experience for ourselves. We cannot know
what that experience feels like unless we experience it from all levels. Our
Soul chooses what experiences we will have in each lifetime so that we can learn
the lessons that need to be learned.

I will use my daughter Samantha as an example. In her last lifetime, she was a
wild child of the 60’s. She took drugs in that lifetime and eventually died of a
drug overdose. She did not honor her body. In other lifetimes, she was very
intellectual and did not have emotional involvements. She kept others at a
distance. Because of these lifetimes, her Soul chose that she would be disabled
in this lifetime. She would be unable to care for herself and would have to be
cared for by others. Since she couldn’t move on her own, she would be forced to
allow others to touch her and care for her. Since she could not use her
intelligence, she would have to focus more on her emotions.

Samantha’s life was a testament to these lessons that her Soul chose to learn.
It was not an easy lifetime for her, but she learned and taught so much by
experiencing it.

As for myself, in one lifetime on Atlantis, I was a scientist and Samantha was a
human/animal hybrid. I used her for experimentation. I would place electrodes in
her brain and see how she reacted to them. I kept her alive so that I could
experiment on her. My Soul agreed to share this experience with her in this
lifetime so that I could take care of her properly to make amends for the pain I
had caused her in that lifetime.

Consciously, we would never have chosen to have these experiences. This lifetime
was hard on both of us. But, the lessons that were learned made it all
worthwhile. I do not regret a moment that I shared with Samantha. I enjoy the
moments we continue to share as she teaches me about life after death. Our Souls
knew what they were doing when they planned this lifetime and we both grew from
the experiences.

Using our free will, we created our reality based on the choices that were made
by our Soul. We could have felt sorry for ourselves and allowed the crises we
experienced to ruin our lives, but we chose to be survivors instead. Our
feelings and thoughts allowed this lifetime to be a bit easier than it could
have been.

This is how ‘The Secret’ works. We use this wonderful information to create the
best life we can based on the lessons our Soul has chosen for us.

The person who experiences rape, murder or hunger in this lifetime is learning
lessons for the growth of the Soul. These lessons are not easy, they are really
hard; but they are very necessary for the Soul to experience and to grow.

The Winter Solstice of 2012 marks the end of one 26,000 year astrological cycle and the beginning of a new one. On 21st December of that year there will be a cosmic moment when unknown and miraculous things beyond our comprehension may happen. The planetary configurations offer the potential for a huge shift in consciousness so, if you are ready, a unique opportunity for spiritual growth is available to you.

The importance of 2012 was understood by the Aztecs and Mayans, as well as the Maori, African and Native American Indian shamans amongst others, who prophesied a twenty-five year period of purification followed by a great shift, though they could not see what this was.

Currently we are told that many in the third dimension will move into the fourth, where their hearts will open and they will seek peace. Those already at that level will shift into the fifth dimension and start finding fair solutions to global problems. Some will ascend and pass over. Others ready for ascension will remain on Earth as beacons of light for the masses. However, there will not be a dramatic change. All this will come about slowly.

We have an opportunity now to bring back the energy of the Golden Age of Atlantis. Atlantis was originally a continent covering the Atlantic Ocean and was set up as a divine experiment which lasted for 240,000 years. For 1500 years of this the people created heaven on Earth. This golden era was a time of contentment and oneness. Psychic gifts were highly regarded and all latent abilities in children were honoured, valued and developed. Everyone was clairvoyant, telepathic and clairaudient, so everything was open and honest.

They maintained this high level of psychic attunement and spiritual connection by being close to nature and by relaxing and filling their lives with simple fun, creativity, laughter and contemplation. They lived totally in the present and there were no past or future tenses or negative words.

It was the spiritual technology developed in this time that rendered Atlantis so extraordinary. Housed in the Temple of Poseidon was a new Great Crystal of pure Source energy. This was the power generator for the whole continent and it linked to a network of crystal pyramids, forming a power grid. This enabled people to access clean, free energy for lighting, heating, refrigeration or transport, by tuning their individual crystals into the grid.

The Great Crystal was also a mainframe computer. Technological information was downloaded to individual temple crystals, where it was accessed by the immensely powerful Magi and passed to the people to develop.

There was no disease. In the earliest days families would regularly visit the temples where the priests would balance and realign each person’s mental, emotional and spiritual bodies using sound and crystals.

The healer priests were skilled spiritual and crystal healers, who would use crystal laser wands to perform psychic surgery. Temples of sound were built so that the pitch within was perfect, and sound was used for healing, to knit bones, regeneration of limbs and detoxification. The early Atlanteans were superb herbalists, aromatherapists and hypnotherapists.

All the healing methods they used then have been returned to us and we need to develop them. However we more frequently need medical intervention now as we have much more deeply embedded karmic issues to deal with.

Marriage was considered a sacred contract for parenthood was recognised as an important spiritual responsibility. Parents-to-be connected with the incoming soul before conception, so that each baby was welcomed and cherished. A priest would examine the aura of the child for his latent psychic and spiritual gifts and talents, which would be developed and honoured by family and community. Children grew up with a sense of self-worth, happiness, belonging and connection.

Young children were educated outside in nature, where they were encouraged to express their creativity and learn through song, drama, music, art and play. The aim was to expand their right brain, which keeps the connection to Source open.

Later they were taken to the temples to be taught in classes which were peaceful, light and fun-filled. The first qualities to be developed within the children were awareness and respect. The youngsters learnt to watch the energies of plants, animals, people and all things, so they knew if a plant or animal needed help. They understood that they could not hurt anything without hurting themselves.

The children’s spiritual and psychic gifts were carefully developed. They were taught self-discipline and elementary mind control. If, for example, a child was hungry and wanted an orange from a tree, he could simply focus on the fruit with his mind and it would float to him. This development of their psychic gifts conferred immense power and responsibility on the youngsters and helped them to grow spiritually.

Music was used in the temples to assist the children to relax, so they were able to absorb the information telepathically imparted to them by the priests. While they were in trance the children practised visualisation, so that they could develop powers of manifestation.

In Golden Atlantis the people all had twelve chakras so they literally glowed and radiated. However, five closed as the pure power diminished. As we evolve again, these will be re-activated within us, so that we can once more connect with Source and heal our planet.

From simple questions to complex concepts, different Tarot card layouts provide customized insight into situations. Some are deceptively simple, but offer a limited amount of esoteric information. Other Tarot card layouts are extremely involved, but provide a depth of understanding that is mind-boggling in its scope. Between these extremes is a plethora of other Tarot card layouts, each one tapping into psychic power of the cosmos to enlighten and encourage further understanding in our world and our lives. Tarot card layouts may even be one of a kind spreads, developed for particular individuals, or to resolve specific situations.

A good practice is to develop a set of preferred Tarot card layouts that lend themselves to the situations the reader encounters most often. Just as a painter must have knowledge of how the different colors mix to form subtle shades, the art of Tarot requires more than a simple knowledge of the deck. When giving a tarot reading, the tarot reader will use a spread of cards from the tarot deck. There are many spreads a reader can choose from, some are specific for different purposes, whilst others are for general readings. Spreads can involve drawing as many cards as the whole deck of 78, whilst a spread can also be just two, or even just one card.

The most common spread is probably the 10 card Celtic Cross Spread.

Together with the general and usually random selection of cards from the deck, a card might also be chosen prior to the reading as a representation of the person receiving the reading. This card is called the Significator.

The Significator card has its own position in some spreads, and in others it has no position at all and can simply be drawn or chosen from the deck before the reading.

The purpose of the Significator card is to help the reader focus on the person receiving the reading. The chosen card can be an indication to the reader of the person’s character, or aspects of character and personality that are hidden. Such a card can also be chosen as a representation of the particular or specific issue relevant to the subject of the reading at this time.

As the Significator is normally used by a tarot reader to signify the character of the person receiving the tarot reading, it is not normally a randomly drawn card, although it can be. The court cards lend themselves well as representations of the human character and personality, because they are pictorially and symbolically human. An example is the Queen of Cups.

This Queen embodies feminine mystery, and exemplifies fragility and a keen intuition. Such a person will have a strange watery seductive power, and one not necessarily associated with great beauty. She will like the attention of others, while not attracting it overtly. The Queen of Cups is easily hurt, and will be inclined to seek solitude for protection.

However, it is not essential that a court card be used, as any card in the deck can represent a person.

As is true with many aspects of the tarot, there are no hard and fast rules concerning the use or otherwise of Significators in a tarot reading, and the tarot reader can decide whether to incorporate it.

If a tarot reader uses a spread that has a position for a Significator, the reader can choose to ignore this position, if they do not want to incorporate this element in the reading. If they do want to incorporate the Significator, they must select the card.

There are many ways to select the significant card, including matching a court card’s physical characteristics to the subject of the reading, to selecting a card randomly from the deck.

How a Significator is chosen, or whether one is used at all, is up to the tarot reader.

The simple beach cottages which dot Southern California’s sunset coast are the material of romance.  Native Southern Californians believe that these cottages originated locally.  Laughably tiny, even dollhouse-like, often sagging, faded, and peeling due to disregard, the clapboard coastal cottage house plan homes occupy many beach communities from Laguna Beach to Venice and beyond.  Many people look down at these boxy and low profile cottages, which are a haphazard mix of Spanish, bungalow, and Cape Cod architecture.  They are just a tad above shanties, and they reflect a time when people had to do with less and were jammed up together.  Nowadays these dwellings, barely of a size to be considered homes, are the nests of college kids, surf bums, or the local psychic reader, rather than residences for grownups.

Nowadays most cottages serve as year round homes, so their occupants must make this adjustment.  Cottage life is a matter of being outside rather than inside the home - on the patio or the porch, out to the neighborhood, over to the local coffee shop or mall, and out to the beach.  California coastal cottages are not places of hide-out in which their residents shelter themselves from the outside world.  Rather, they are places out of the rat-race of the city proper which are turned seaward for inspiration and stimulation.  This is the feel of real California living - being part of a beach community, living in a beach cottage.  Cottage living is for the young at heart to soak up a little sun and surf; and feel the breeze on their faces.  It’s for people who make a priority of feeling the sand and waves beneath their feet; and who enjoy hanging out in the evenings.  It’s a lifestyle rather than an architectural style.

The coastal cottage house plan is not just a home but an idea for living. Simple residences based upon English country cottage house plans provide the basis for an integral lifestyle combining an easy-going social life with a love for the beach. Immediately I walked into the arena which bore my intent. My friend was in front of me and she was indeed, spinning and about a foot off the ground. I always knew she wasn’t ‘grounded’ but seeing her not being grounded was still shocking.

At first my mind kicked into gear with suggestions on how to work with this condition. I thought of herbal remedies and crystal healings and none of those seemed adequate for what was happening here. It didn’t take me long. I shut off my left brain and just said, “ok, what do I do with this? Show me!”

In an instant, I am reaching into my friends’ body which appeared to be vaporous or ghost-like, into her core energy. The core energy looked like a shaft of golden light that came up through the ground, entering into her body and running through the center of her straight out through the top of her head and it kept on going. I saw that her core energy was broken in two places. I watched, as though I were standing outside of myself, as I placed one hand on the core above the break and one hand below the break. It felt as though I was holding onto a 220v electrical line as I brought the broken pieces together. They attached to each other with a magnetic pull, just like connecting two ends of a magnetic piece of jewelry. The result of reconnecting the two broken core energy pieces was instantaneous. My friend immediately and simultaneously stopped spinning and became grounded and still. Then, she looked at me and said, “thank you”.

At 6:00 a.m. my phone was ringing. My friend was yelling into the phone, “what did you do!?” I gave her some time to calm down and then explained what had happened. She said she felt the change immediately and couldn’t wait to call me to find out what had transpired on my journey. Later, and without my having remembered to mention it to her, she would comment about my splitting into three parts and moving into three worlds just as the journey began. I asked, “you felt that?” She said she saw it somehow. I have no explanation for moving in quantum in three’s.

Since that time, my friends’ core remains solid and intact. She is grounded and focused as never before. She is exuberantly grateful.
